Clinical supervision is a sacred ground where we explore ourselves and our relationships to our clients in a holistic and compassionate way. I believe that the therapist's well-being must be first priority. By attending to the Self we, in turn, are able to guide our clients along their journeys through a centered and objective lens — to their Holistic Ground.

About Sarah

Experience & Expertise
Sarah Dionne offers 18 years of experience in mental health and psychotherapy. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, existential and spiritual concerns, bipolar and dissociative disorders, eating disorders, death and dying. Sarah is experienced with master's-level intern supervision as well as preliminarily licensed clinicians and peers.
Within her supervision practice, Holistic Ground-Clinical Supervision, Sarah draws from EMDR as a certified practitioner, along with somatic therapies, parts work based in Internal Family Systems, and the integration of existential and spiritual exploration within psychotherapy practice.
Sarah's focus is the therapist first, ensuring an environment where the practitioner feels nurtured and centered. She creates a space of compassion and calm, believing that guiding supervisees to consider their internal worlds in relationship to their clients is paramount. In turn, Sarah knows this will inform their practice and accelerate the client's healing.
In addition, Sarah will be ordained as an interfaith reverend in May 2026. She is also a certified yoga teacher and a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist.
Sarah will be offering CEU training and courses beginning in May 2026.
