Clinical supervision is a sacred ground where we explore ourselves and our relationships to our clients in a holistic and compassionate way. I believe that the therapist's well-being must be first priority. By attending to the Self we, in turn, are able to guide our clients along their journeys through a centered and objective lens — to their Holistic Ground.

Experience & Expertise

Sarah Dionne offers 19 years of experience in mental health and psychotherapy. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, dissociative disorders, existential and spiritual concerns, eating disorders, and issues surrounding death and dying.

Sarah is experienced in supervising master's-level interns, preliminarily licensed clinicians, and providing peer supervision. Sarah's focus is the therapist first, ensuring an environment where the practitioner feels nurtured and centered. She creates a space of compassion and calm, believing that guiding supervisees to consider their internal worlds in relation to their clients is paramount.

In turn, Sarah knows this will inform their practice and accelerate the client's healing. In addition, she will be ordained as an interfaith reverend in May 2026.
